food was excellent. the entertainment staffs were amazing too. our rooms were very spacious and clean. it was such a awesome holiday and i can't wait to come back again!
one minor thing, the hotel is a bit far out from the main area, but the shuttle bus made it easy to get around.

the staff worked hard to keep everything clean. our room was spacious, a great benefit for our family of four. the free shuttle service to the beach was very handy. i appreciated the convenience.
the entertainment went on quite late, around midnight. it was so loud i could not escape the constant noise. it became overwhelming.

The reception staff was friendly and efficient, providing quick assistance with check-in. the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness. They ensured fresh towels and tidy beds daily, it was great. staff cleared tables quickly in the restaurant.

Our family room featured comfortable beds. a balcony included a table, chairs and a drying rack, very useful! ample plug sockets were available. There were sockets on each side of the bed and at the desk.

the hotel has two pools, one large and deep. the other smaller and shallower. there were numerous sunbeds and parasols around the pool area, we always found a spot! lifeguards were on duty at both pools.

The buffet restaurant offered varied options for each meal, we liked this. the restaurant snack provided flexibility with meal times! there was a wide selection. It gave us ample time to avoid crowds at the buffet.
